Billing questions
Can I switch plans?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade any time. Both take effect immediately — we don't currently prorate the unused portion of a period already billed, so if timing matters, switch close to your renewal date.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Studio and Scale plans come with a 14-day free trial. A card is required to start, but you're not charged until the trial ends — cancel any time before then and you won't be billed at all.
What payment methods are accepted?
International credit/debit cards via Stripe.
What happens if my attendee limit is exceeded?
With buffer seats configured, extra attendees are accommodated and charged at the buffer-seat add-on rate above. Without buffer seats, additional attendees will see a "session full" message.

Is Bhet Online available in Nepal?
Yes — Bhet Online is built by a Nepali team and works anywhere in the world. Self-serve checkout is by international card via Stripe; for eSewa, Khalti, or bank transfer, contact sales@bhet.live.
How many people can join a webinar?
The Solo plan supports up to 30 attendees. Studio supports 500, Scale supports 2,000, and Enterprise can handle 10,000+. All attendees join as viewers by default.
Can I record my sessions?
Yes, all paid plans include session recording. You can start and stop recording at any time during a session. Recordings are stored in S3-compatible storage and available for download or on-demand playback.
What happens if I go over my seat limit?
You can configure buffer seats on your plan. Buffer overflows are tracked and shown on your dashboard. You'll only be charged for the overage — not the full next tier.
Can attendees join without creating an account?
Yes. For public events, attendees register with just their name and email and receive a personal join link. No account required.
Do you support SSO and API access?
Yes. Scale and Enterprise plans include API keys and SSO integration so you can authenticate your own users directly into rooms and events.
