Booking links
Share one link so clients, students or colleagues can book time with you, with calendar invites handled for you.
What are booking links
A booking link is a public page at your-app-address/book/your-name where anyone can pick a time to meet with you. No account is needed. Visitors see times in their own time zone, choose a session type, and confirm with their name and email.
Every booking creates a private, invite-only meeting in your default room. Both of you get a confirmation email with a calendar file (.ics), the visitor gets a personal join link, and you get an in-app notification.
- Available on plans that include booking links. If you see an upgrade card on the Booking page, your plan does not include them yet.
- Price on a session type is shown to visitors but payment is not collected yet.
Set up your page
- Open Booking and pick a page title and link name.
- Choose your time zone. Your weekly hours follow its daylight-saving changes.
- Adjust the session types (name, length, format) and your weekly hours, and block days off.
- Copy the link or use Preview to see what visitors see.
Minimum notice, how far ahead people can book, and a buffer between sessions are all adjustable.
How double-booking is prevented
Times already taken by another booking, or by any meeting scheduled in the same room or created by you, are hidden. The check runs again at the moment someone confirms, so two people cannot take the same time. If a time is just taken, the visitor is asked to pick another.
Reschedule and cancel
Every confirmation email has a link to reschedule or cancel. Changes free the old time, update the meeting, and send both of you an updated calendar invite. You can also cancel any booking from the Booking page.
Visitors get reminder emails 24 hours and 1 hour before the session.
