Email, browser and mobile push notifications, and how to control them.
What you are notified about
- Meeting and webinar invitations and reminders by email.
- Incoming calls, messages and BhetBot reminders on web and mobile.
- Contact requests and workspace invitations.
One inbox across workspaces
Notifications, chats, missed calls and unread badges from every workspace you belong to, your personal space and your direct connections all arrive together. "All" is the default view and never hides anything.
Each item carries a chip showing where it came from: the workspace name, Personal, or Direct. If you have more than one place, a chip row (All, Personal, each workspace) lets you filter the list; the counts on the chips are unread items.
Mark all read and Clear apply to the chip you have selected, and the confirmation says which. You do not need to switch workspaces to read, reply or answer a call. You only pick a workspace when you create something.
Turn notifications on
On the web, allow browser notifications when prompted, or enable them in Settings. On mobile, allow notifications for Bhet Online in your phone settings.
Reminders and muted chats
Muting a chat silences ordinary messages but BhetBot reminders still notify everyone in that chat.
Not receiving notifications
- Check browser or phone permission for Bhet Online.
- Disable battery optimization for the app on Android.
- Make sure Do Not Disturb or a focus mode is not blocking it.
