Chat and reminders
Direct and group chat, and scheduled BhetBot reminders.
Chat
Chats with a connection are marked Direct with a lock. They are private to the two people and live outside any workspace.
Your chat list shows every conversation from all your workspaces and direct chats in one place, each tagged with its workspace. Use the filter chips to narrow to one workspace or Direct, and the search box to find a message across all of them. You can reply to any of them without switching workspace.
Message a contact directly or create a group chat with several people. Chat is available in the web app and the mobile app, and in the live room during sessions.
Reminders with BhetBot
BhetBot is the assistant that posts scheduled reminders into a chat. Any member of the chat can schedule one.
- Text only.
- Repeat once, daily, weekly or monthly.
- Maximum 20 active reminders per person.
- Everyone in the chat receives a special reminder notification, even if the chat is muted.
- Open the chat.
- Choose Remind, then enter the message and time.
- Pick a repeat option, and save.
Cancel a reminder from the reminders list in the chat.
Muting chats
You can mute a chat to silence normal messages. Reminders still notify, so nobody misses a scheduled event.
