Recurring schedules
Repeat meetings and webinars daily, weekly or monthly and manage single dates.
How repeating works
Both meetings and webinars can repeat daily, weekly or monthly. The whole set is a series, and each date in it is an occurrence.
Editing one date or the series
- Edit the series to change the title, room or invitees for every future date.
- Edit one occurrence to change only that date, for example a different time.
- Cancel one occurrence to skip a date without ending the series.
Invitees and registrants
Meeting invitees are added to the whole series or to specific dates. Webinar registrants register per date. See Meetings and Webinars and events.
Limits
Each occurrence counts toward your plan event and room limits when it takes place. Check Plans and billing for your limits.
