Getting started

Sign up, pick a plan and run your first meeting in a few minutes.

Create your account

Sign up on the website with your email. Bhet Online sends a 6-digit code and a magic link to that address; use whichever is easier. Your account is created only once the email is verified.

  1. Open bhet.online and choose Get started.
  2. Enter your details and complete the short human check.
  3. Enter the 6-digit code, or click the link in the email (codes expire after 30 minutes).
  4. Pick a plan. Free plans need no card; paid plans go through secure Stripe checkout and usually start with a free trial.
Note. Check your spam folder if the email does not arrive within a couple of minutes, then restart signup to get a new code.

Run your first meeting

  1. Open Schedule and keep the toggle on Meetings.
  2. Give it a title and time, or start an instant meeting.
  3. Add invitees by email. They join with a personal link and do not need an account.
  4. At the start time, open the meeting and join. Allow camera and microphone when the browser asks.

Invite your team

On an Enterprise plan you can create a workspace from Settings and invite colleagues by email with a role. Members do not use up a seat by being on the team; seats are counted per live session (see Plans and billing). Everyone else can simply add contacts. See Workspaces and team.
